my focus is on the book (and maybe misc-docs) translation
because:
a) i work on this
b) it seams that the translation of the po-file is on a high
   quality without a german-tranlation-mailing-list so there
   is no _need_ for this part (independent whether a list would
   be helpfull or not). But there is nothing against
   having the po-file people (and all other german tranlsters)
   on a german tranlation list - on the contrary it would be nice.
