[BOOK] suggestion: Chapter 5, Section 3.5

Hi all,

A suggestion for the Subversion book maintainers: in Chapter 5, Section
3.5 ("Migrating a Repository") it would perhaps be a good idea to write
a sentence or two about what migrating a repository means for the
repository users (i.e., a reference to "svn switch --relocate").

Of course, Chapter 5 deals with repository administration; however, the
administrator will need to notify the users about what to do to migrate
completely.

I was in this situation, read the "Migrating a Repository" section, and
couldn't find this vital piece of information.
