One could (perhaps I would) argue that this is a browser bug. The
browser is choosing to leap to the bookmark before the page fully
loads, and then the onLoad() handler is called. An argument could
easily be made that a page must first be loaded (and thus its onLoad()
handler completed) before it is safe for the browser to seek to the
bookmark.
