C-API documentation and download

Hi!

I am investigating the feasibility of writing a JBuilder integration to
Subversion but in order to do that I need information about the C-API used
to write client programs (I would rather like to directly call Subversion
this way than to "exec" the client tools).

What documentation is available for the C-API, where can I download the doc
and the C-API itself (I would like it in binary format for Windows 2000/XP -
I have no reason to build Subversion or the API myself).
