r10462 and r10491

Hello,

I work on Subclipse, and would like to express how much we'd like to
see r10462 and r10491 as proposed by Patrick be included in the 1.1
release.

As it is, javahl has no interface to 'svn info', which requires us to
use the status hook instead, which causes major performance problems
with even medium-sized trees.

Subclipse is gaining momentum, and I believe svn integration with
Eclipse makes it far more likely that the many java shops out there
switch to svn over cvs. Inclusion of these javahl features will solve
a major problem for our project.

The new features are indeed new, and will not break existing javahl interfaces.

I'd like to also thank Patrick for his hard work on our behalf over
the year(s?).
