Finally, I did a svnadmin recover. It could have been a locking
problem (I thought that svnadmin verify would have told me that).
"svnadmin help recover" just says that:

----
recover: usage: svnadmin recover REPOS_PATH
Run the Berkeley DB recovery procedure on a repository. Do
this if you've been getting errors indicating that recovery
ought to be run.
WARNING: only run this when you are SURE you're the only process
accessing the repository. Requires exclusive access.
----
I thought I didn't need to use it since I had no errors (just a freeze).
It should probably be said that it could be used to remove the locks.
