I agree that the flags does not make perfect sense for software, and it
would be great to change them. Given the current set, it's a bigger
problem if someone is lead to believe that a beta or release candidate
is stable than if someone does not dare to use a beta or release
candidate because it's marked as Draft. Anything is better than Stable
for a beta/rc release.
