Really? Not a single one? I found at least the following programs on my
system where -V means version: (There are more, I stopped looking after
finding these.)

man
apm
atq
autoconf
bzip2
gzip
rzip
bison
cdparanoia
compress
etags
flex
free
rcs
killall
snntpd
nm
tin
smbd
raid0run

...and someone else already mentioned python.
