Well, we don't really have much choice about that. Any URL could go
stale, after all. Writing "svn.collab.net" now conveys much the same
information as writing "the repository in which Subversion is
located", with the added advantage that it's cut-n-paste'able today.
People reading it in the future will be able figure out how to
transform it if they need to.

But I'm still wondering why that change is implied to be empty...
