Translations...

I see that subversion 1.1.0 RC1 has some translations in progress. I'd like to
translate subversion into Italian, if nobody's already working on that one.
I'm not a particularly seasoned FOSS translator, so a brief walkthrough, just
to get the big picture, would be of great help (especially if you are using
gettext, which I find a little bit overcomplicated).
