svn 1.1 status report

I'm still herding the issues, and watching people fix them. We're down
to just six now. Here's what I know:

### 1949 mod_authz_svn COPY bug: sussman documented a simple way to
    fix it, mthelen volunteered to implement it. Also eed to doc that
    it dampers the O(1) copy behavior.
    
    MTHELEN WILL HAVE PATCH FOR REVIEW ON THURSDAY

### 1837: mod_authz_svn can't deal with repository with space in name.
    Just an un-escaping bug in COPY method, should be simple to fix.

    SANDER WORKING ON THIS TONIGHT

### 1947: possible data corruption bug. Already has a patch.

    BRANKO IS REVIEWING THE PATCH.

### 1715: speed up 'blame': lundbladhas a patch, nearly done.

    PETER IS FINISHING NOW.

### 1807: colons in webdav propnames. Personal high-priority to
    breser and clkao.

    BRESER IS WORKING ON IT.

### 1795: svnadmin load computes wrong copyfrom-rev: issue contains
    many iterations of a patch. Will someone volunteer to review and
    'own' this issue this week?
