I can see that now. But the stacktrace I got tells exactly that. Could it be
that svn_wc_entries_read() (line above) calls get_dir_status()?

From what I know is that the working copy in fact is corrupted. I add here
the report I got:

However what is very interesting is that I did find a .svn directory inside
my backup directory i.e. at G:\Backups\.svn (which was created by an
automatic backups using a simply copy from my C: drive). When this .svn
directory is deleted using "rm -rf", explorer no longer crashes. Again this
directory is huge, so again not practical to archive.
