Python SWIG Bindings on Windows

I've been trying to get ViewCVS to work on a Windows 2000 server, but
I can't figure out how to install the python bindings for subversion.
They don't appear to get installed with the basic Windows installer (I
installed 1.0.5). Are there binary packages for the bindings anywhere?
