creation time of the list-archiv

hallo

for the mailing-list admin only:

does anybody know at what time (and what timezone)
the mailing list archive of this list is
gernerated?

it is because i have discovered, that in may and june i received less
than half of the messages that were counted in the mailing list
archive (shown by the web-frontend) and i want to investigate in july
the reason for this (mailserver failure, spam-blocker, etc) on a daily
base - if possible.
