When tigris.org is upgraded to Collabnet 3.0, it will be capable of
supporting real SVN repositories. The auto-www-updates will happen
automatically anyway, just as it does with CVS-backed projects. I
wouldn't spend any effort trying to implement our own version of
auto-updates right now.
