I could so both for you, I already have a Subversion Wiki (see sig.) and also just happen to have
mailman up and running and ready to go.

I am currently using SubWiki, but I am finding it doesn't have the power I would like so I am in the
process of switching to KWiki which can also save pages to Subversion. If you put pages in now I
will move them to KWiki for you when it is ready.

BTW, the site will be down for a short time this weekend as it is being moved to a new vastly more
powerful server.
