german translation - remember orig revision

hi,

i would suggest to write the commited-rev or revision of the
english original in a xml-remark (something like
<!-- originated from revision 9366 -> )
at the beginning of the translated file to allow
later to look with a svn diff (or svn-log) whats changed in
the english original-file and if this has to be changed in
the translation too.
