Yes, it is recently started and is almost empty. The idea behind the
project is to create a collection of scripts that follows one of the
UNIX philosophies, do one thing and do it well. Commands and tasks you
do several times a day and want to automate or combine, wrappers around
the svn executable to extend built-in svn features, or other utilities
for tasks svn does not (yet) do. I myself have a couple of hundred
scripts in my ~/bin directory which I've created through the years,
without them things would get a bit more cumbersome and the first thing
I do on a new system is to check out ~/bin and my ~/.*rc files to get
things the way I'm used to.

So:

If anyone have scripts or utilities they believe can be of use to
others, but maybe don't have the size of programs that usually have
their own packages, please contribute to the project and let's create a
collection of nice utilities for day-to-day use, hook scripts, libraries
or bigger programs for more complicated tasks. Instead of having lots of
small projects and scripts that never gets out of people's ~/bin
directories, all these programs can be merged into a powerful collection
of useful things.

There is a svnutils Subversion repository at
http://svn.sunbase.org/repos/svnutils meant for commits, and this file
structure is also mirrored to the CVS repository at tigris.org .

Welcome.
