I have updated my static builds of Subversion for Mac, Linux x86 and
Solaris Sparc to the new version. Available for download, along with the
scripts used to build them, at:

http://www.uncc.org/svntools/clients/

MD5 checksums:

430a6e6c4c96a1a4f60c5d7ceb610a0d svn-mac-build.zip
b1d4ec795daa690f3090b79fea9ede31 subversion-1.0.5-panther.dmg
4a2803f425100860db75928beb563ec2 svn-linux-build.zip
977f93695d9c7270354db21cebd64fee subversion-1.0.5-linux-x86.tar.gz
34b5a2ff591405fd7de66994496f8fc7 svn-solaris-build.zip
bfdfb511cb0dbfee7efa1bec05839b72 subversion-1.0.5-solaris-sparc.tar.gz

Again, these have had minimal testing due to the quick turnaround, but are
based on prior build scripts that have proven to be pretty solid.

The 00README.txt file in each client directory contains info about how the
included svnserve wrapper works w/this installation. You may need to
tweak group IDs or permissions on the svnserve* files to suit your
environment.

Linux version built on Red Hat 7.1, tested on RedHat Enterprise 3 and
RedHat 9, all for x86. By building on 7.1, it should have maximum forward
compatibility.

Mac version built on Panther 10.3.3.

Solaris version built on Solaris 9 Sparc, lightly tested for compat. on
Solaris 8.

All versions linked dynamically against the system zlib and statically
against:
- Berkely DB 4.2.52
- Expat 1.95.7
- OpenSSL 0.9.7d
- Neon, APR, and APRUtil as shipped in the Subversion 1.0.5 tarball

Hope this helps other groups that have similar cross-platform needs for a
simple kit they can give to their developers...
