This only happens if a single diff chunk is larger than 60 kiB and
stdout is the console (i.e. no pipes or redirection) so I really don't
think it has to be treated it as a critical bug. I think that the bug
should be fixed in APR and I'll send a patch to the apr list as soon as
I can get over the dislike of said patch.
