Compressed stream invalid

Hi all,

within the same commit session that triggered the "space in the url"
issue, once I corrected that problem manually tweaking .svn/entries
files, I was able to commit some of the stuff, but I still have a
problem:

$ svn ci -m "Manual commit"

This is after a "svn merge -rX:Y .../usr/azazel/AdLSkin ." that ran
without problems. I can extract/update the /usr/azazel/AdLSkin, as
well as seeing it browsing the repos.

On the server side there's subversion 1.0.3, running on apache2
without mod_gzip or whatever...

Any hint?
