Well surely it is easy to find the SVN_REVNUM_T_FMT format specifiers now,
but once those are deleted, finding the right spots to update is much
harder...

Any way, I think that - from the reactions so far the - the solution will
turn out to be hardcoding the format specifiers. (But I'm waiting some more
to see if other reactions come in.)
