[PATCH] Replace SVN_REVNUM_T_FMT with svn_revnum_to_cstring

Hi,

This is my big patch to replace SVN_REVNUM_T_FMT fso we can localize some
more messages. It is updated so it applies and builds again after recent
modifications to trunk.

It also passed make check (when I reset LANG from sv to C:-).
