subcommands: svn mv, svn mkdir

hi,

i'd like to add the following to the wishlist if you also think this is practical:

1. move more than one file
  svn mv file1 file2 file3 some-other-dir
2. mkdir --parents option
  svn mkdir -p non-exisiting-dir1/non-existing-dir2
