Patch authors, please direct me to unresolved patches

Calling all patch authors! As the new Patch Manager, I'm responsible
for making sure that no patches get lost in the shuffle, especially
yours. Thanks to Sander Roobol and Karl Fogel, I have a list of several
patches that remain unresolved and may need to be added to the
Subversion issue tracker. See the thread titled "New Patch Manager
needed (request for volunteer)" for the full list.

If you have submitted a patch that you feel has been left in an
unresolved state for a while (neither accepted nor rejected, and
discussion of the patch has trailed off), please send me an email and
let me know (thelenm@cs.utah.edu). It would be nice if you could also
include a URL where I can find the patch in the mailing list archive.
Here's where you can view the archive:

I appreciate your help in making sure that no patches accidentally fall
through the cracks. If you have any other information, advice, or pizza
that may help achieve this goal, I'd be happy to accept them. Thanks!
