Either by searching for the fuzzy markers in the file or by using poEdit
on Windows or KBabel on Linux to translate. Both tools are a really nice
support for the translators.

The fuzzy matches are almost always wrong, but very often they help you
by filling out a single translation to 90% or by simply suggesting
correct terminology.
