[BOOK] errata?

Chapter 4, 1st line of the 3rd paragraph (at least in the html version
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/svnbook/ch04s05.html):

After “switching” to the branch, your working copy is no different than what
you would get from doing a fresh checkout of the directory.

It would appear to me that there is a word missing:

After “switching” to the branch, your working copy is no different [state |
condition | ?] than what you would get from doing a fresh checkout of the
directory.
