Doxygen broken (core dump) since r9572

Last week I discovered that doxygen core dumps while trying to build the
subversion trunk documentation files at HEAD.

Tonight I discovered when that break happened. It was the merge from the
fsfs branch at r9572. doxygen builds correctly on r9571 but not on r9572
or since then.

I was hoping it could easily be narrowed down to one file. Is anyone else
seeing this? I'll start taking a look at those files but there are a
bunch of changes and I'm not sure what I'm looking for....all I know is it
causes doxygen to core dump.
