It's not just that; because of the way that TortoiseSVN treats the working copy
almost exactly like a simple set of folders make the act of deleting (or moving)
a directory must less "special" IMHO.

Perhaps TSVN could pop up a warning that the WC must be up-to-date before
deleting folders??? Or is this the other problem (someone _else_ deleted a
directory I just changed files in)?
