You avoid copies and renames completely? Aren't you exaggerating just a
little bit? The reason we didn't block the 1.0 release on this bug is
because there's a very intelligible workaround. Read about it in the
FAQ. It's not that hard to do. Certainly not being able to move things
is a far greater inconvenience that having to specify your diff commands
more carefully.

Yes, I'm working on it. It's definitely going to be in 1.1, even though
1.1 has no date set yet. I'm also working on other things too. My
guess is that it will be working within a month or so. But the svn 1.1
will probably be much later than that.
