Win32 NTFS Junction bug

Please don't ask why but one of my colleagues working copy is in a subst to an NTFS Junction which
points to the real files. I said don't ask:-(

Basically Subversion really doesn't like this, probably in good taste:-) but it ought to either work
or fail more gracefully:
