book german - starting questions

hallo

I have translated some sentences, but thats not why i am posting. It
is becase i never have worked with realworld-xml until now, so it
would be nice if someone could have a look if the prolog is correct (i
had a look at the russian translation) especially if the encoding in
header and text is correct. I think the german umlauts &auml, ... are
the most important thing.

By the way: i located the files under
doc/translations/german/book
