Wrapping overly long lines

I was going through the 'subversion/' tree wrapping overly long lines. There
were several cases in the javahl bindings where *extremely* long #define's
were prohibiting me from doing so.

Are these define's required to be named exactly as they are now, or would it
be possible to change them? If the latter, I'd like to suggest
"SVN_BINDING_JAVAHL_" as a prefix to prevent collisions.
