Commit to svn.collab.net failing with timeout on PROPPATCH command.

When I tried to commit to svn.collab.net this morning, I received this
error message:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: applying log message to /repos/svn/!svn/wbl/8238ffdb-c9d7-0310-96ab-f28120ee0c10/9320: timed out waiting for server (http://svn.collab.net)

I checked with ethereal and communication was happening in both
directions before the timeout occured. At sussman's advice I switched
to https:// and had the same problem. sussman also identified the
following line the http log from my earlier http attempt:

141.151.163.195 - - [11/Apr/2004:07:32:03 -0500] "PROPPATCH /repos/svn/!svn/wbl/6e1a65fc-c9d7-0310-80a3-a3837ea5d72c/9320 HTTP/1.1" 400 739

In the ethereal log I never saw this 400 reply, only the request.

Any ideas?
