[feature request] Include option --version to svnserve

I'm running Debian and it includes

ii subversion 1.0.1-1 Advanced version control system (aka. svn)

However, this information should be available from the binaries as well.
so please include option --version to 'svnserve' as well. (svn seems to
have it).
