Ticketing system identifer as part of the log message is exactly what
Jesse Vincent is working on for RT/SVN integration. A post-commit hook
goes to RT passing it the revision number. svnlook pulls the rest of
the needed information from the log for the revision.

Personally, I feel it is working great. That workflow fits in well
with the rest of my workflow.
