For everyone's amusement, here are the joke commits we ended up *not*
writing:

    * Add $ThisRev$ and $Log$ keywords.

    * New automatic server-side code reformatting.

    * Port mod_dav_svn to IIS.

    * Add new click-thru EULA, and mandatory commit logging to CollabNet.

    * Adjust svn to work with new APR port to PalmOS.

    * libsvn_ra_IM

    * 100% java client

    * SWIG bindings for modula-4

    * Set $EDITOR to default value of "ed", the Standard Text Editor.

    * New book translations: Latin... Sanskrit... Old Norse.
