Hi,

For TSVN this shouldn't make any difference at all; it comes with it's own version of those libraries. It doesn't try to use the SVN compiled versions. In fact, they're not even compiled with compatible compiler settings.
I recall that other ppl did tests with similar situations in TSVN and where succesful but I never tried myself.

on top of your existing installation and see if it fixes your problem.
