Oops, you're right. Sorry. His first line said "multiple commands on
the same repository", when he meant "working copy". I read too quickly.

Yes, the working copy has locks as well. If two svn clients try to
access the same working copy, one of them will be bounced out by the
locks. In other words, there is no concurrency, and there is locking to
enforce that.
