Shouldn't be an issue. SWIG is supposed to handle this automatically
for us. Can you provide me with an error message if any that you're
receiving?

subversion/bindings/swig/INSTALL

The Windows build doesn't set the proper defines for SWIG, in particular
SVN_SWIG_VERSION. Someone needs to figure out how to do this.
