How to build the swig-python bindings on win32?

Hi,
I am trying to build the swig-python bindings on win32 from
subversion-1.0.1 tarball. I am using swig 1.3.21 and python 2.3.
I am getting link error that the symbols SWIG_Python_TypeClientData,
SWIG_Python_TypeQuery, SWIG_Python_TypeRegister and SWIG_NewPointerObj
are missing.

Can anybody give me a typ, what I maybe doing wrong?
