file name collation (was: .svn vs _svn on VS.NET (ASP.NET))

Finnish version of Windows XP Professional SP1:

'- !#$%&(),.;@[]^_`{}~¨´+=£§0¼½¾123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyüzåäö

Here, it seems to depend on the rest of the file name.
For example, "foo" < "'foo" < "-foo" < "fool".
Likewise, "v" < "w" < "va" < "wa".
That must have been interesting to implement.
