[BOOK] minor typos or suggestions

I'm reading through the book via the current PDF on the website
(Revision 8770).

Here are my random (but ordered by page) comments. Please take these as you
will and apply or ignore as you deem appropriate.

Thanks for all of your hard work!!

Ch. 3, pg 16, "Help!"
the paragraph uses the "sub-<command>" and "subcommand". They should probably
be consistent.

Ch. 3, pg 18, "Revision Dates"
In the text box entitled "Is Subversion a Day Early?", the last sentence shows
the appending of a timestamp to a date. The exmaple that is in parentheses has
a space and closing double-quotes. To be completely clear, I suggest makeing
the example the full date and time ("{2002-11-27 23:59}").

Ch. 3, pg 25, "svn status"
In the second-last paragraph (just before "svn diff"), the text is:
    Finally, there is the --show-updates -(u) switch,
The "-(u)" should probably be "(-u)" to be consistent with other similar
entries.

More similar reports will follow as I read through. Please let me know if you'd
prefer a different approach to documenting these (would you prefer patches for
such simple changes?)
