svnxform.pl, feeble competition for svn_load_dirs.pl

Hello

This is something I have hacked together... don't really know why,
but here it is anyway.
http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/pkelambe/svnxform/

The approach is somewhat different from svn_load_dirs.pl
Svnxform scans the contents of the files to detect their relationships.
Some features are missing and current status is very experimental.

Any feedback is appreciated.
