Nope it can't be used until 2.0.0. Function signatures can't change
except between majors. I'll rework the patch to have a
svn_client_blame_verbose()...

Might as well get it into 1.0.1. When we get around to 2.0 we'll need
to do some cleanup on the API anyway.
