bug in svn book

There's still no mention in the book that I can find of certain
.subversion/config options, and it's not in either to-do list to add
them.

I looked in the latest version of the book and both to-do lists.

Chapter 7/Runtime Configuration Area/Configuration Options/Config
needs an exhaustive list of the config things that are supported. I
don't see enable-auto-props, or any information about the [auto-props]
section, which I found out about by posting questions to the user
lists. I would hazard a guess that these are not the only options that
are supported but undocumented.
