glibc dependencies in SVN binary RPMs / RH 7.x

Hi there,

I am running Subversion on a RedHat 7.3 server. For certain reasons,
I cannot switch to a later RH version, so I am very glad you provide
RPMs for RedHat 7.x too.

Now, the issue. subversion-python-0.36.0-8282.rh7x.i386.rpm depends
on swig-1.3.16-1.i386.rpm and the corresponding runtime. These, in
turn, depend on a glibc-2.3... which is unavailable for RH 7.3.

The thing is, the dependency is not even *necessary* - on the server,
http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/bin/0.32.1/redhat-7.x/,
I found RPMs of the *exact same* swig version that are *not* depending
on a post-2.2 glibc, and installed on my server just fine.

When doing the next RPM packaging, please take care that you do not
needlessly introduce dependencies on newer packages that might not
be available for the poor chaps stuck with old servers.

Otherwise... I'd bow down and sacrifice to you if I were there. Thanks
for bringing us Subversion!
