Yes, well, whilst the wonderful people I work for (ThoughtWorks -- we're
hiring!) are very very happy with Open Source, some of our clients take
a bit of convincing. Usual kinds of things apply -- a lot of people have
seen the light, a lot of people do very well with OSS, some people get
burned. Big companies move slowly, have policies about things, and
"look, it works better than this stuff we're *paying* for" doesn't carry
much weight sometimes. But you probably know that too ;-)

Thanks, I appreciate it. I should reiterate that I'm making an adoption
case for Subversion, I'm not in a position to say anything binding about
support contracts.
