This is right off the "Packaged Distributions" page on the Subversion site:
  ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/poeml

I believe the RPMs it points to are back at 0.27.0.

4.0.14 works fine despite that 4.2.52 is out. I realize that it isn't the
most up-to-date, but it gets the job done, and does it rather well. :-)
