reminder: 1.0 reviews complete by Thursday

Just a reminder:

We're trying to get 1.0 candidates reviewed and voted on by Thursday.
After looking at the status on Thursday, I'm hoping to come up with a
minimum soak time and a date for the release -- one not too far in the
future, either :-).

Obviously, bugs can still be discovered after Thursday; we'll deal
with them as they come.

Regarding candidate changes for bindings:

It's not important to have those voted on by Thursday, since they
don't affect core code and anyway need to respond to API changes.
We'll set a different bindings-complete date; I think it's understood
that we can be less conservative about them. (Bindings changes that
involve build system tweaks we need to be careful about, though.)
